Thing 12: Find Something New 2.0

I explored the directory of Web 2.0 tools and applications on the Go2Web2.0 site and found an application called Tonara that would be helpful to the instrumental music teacher in my school.  This application lets users download sheet music on an iPad.  Then the app follows along with the player's tempo, marking the place on the score and turning the page when necessary.  The app also lets users record and share performance.  The main site http://tonara.com includes a short video that demonstrates how the app works.  This tool would be really useful to piano and band students in my school.
