For the upcoming school year, I would like to have students create book review podcasts for the library. I have many patrons who are avid readers and would enjoy making the podcasts. Also, several language arts teachers require their students to complete several book review each semester. Contributing a podcast to the library site could be an option for completing the assignment.
I made this podcast as a sample for the students to use. I recorded the narration using Audacity and then imported two tracks from Jamendo.com. I tried to blend the narration and music, but I need to work on this a bit to make it smoother.
As directed, I uploaded the MP3 file to the Internet Archive and posted a copy of the file here.
